Certified processes of mechanical metalwork - robotic welding

For years, Perozeni S.r.l. has been active in the field of medium-heavy mechanical and metalworks, constructing systems, machinery or parts of machines (for a wide range of sectors), even of exceptionally large size, on commission for its clients.

The company’s technical personnel are able to perform complicated procedures of mechanical metalwork complying with the clients’ project specifications, placing great attention on the quality of the raw materials used and on the complete realization of the product.

CERTIFIED WELDING

Every single piece is made with extreme skill, using qualified personnel subject to continuous training, certified by the main organizations recognized in the sector.
Our workers have acquired years of experience in the company and are specialized, having obtained the qualification of welders according to standard UNI EN ISO 9606-1:2013.
The company has also certified its system of welding activities according to standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006.

Every stage of work is carefully planned and inspected by the manager in charge of production and by the coordinator of welding activities; all welding procedure specifications (WPS) are prepared in accordance with the standards in force and applied during the production of individual pieces, always complying with the client's requests.

The quality of welded constructions is guaranteed by non-destructive tests made on request. These tests can be carried out by certified outside organizations or by in-house personnel, also certified.

ROBOTIC WELDING

Among the machines at work in the department, the robotic welding island, complete with two workstations, occupies an important role:

the first workstation has a lathe and counterpoint which can rotate pieces up to 8000 mm long weighing as much as 5000 kg;
the second is equipped with a manipulator with capacity of 1500 kg and a counterpoint.

The department is fully equipped to handle heavy elements using bridge cranes, as well as a number of jib cranes and lift trucks.

The company also disposes of an oxyfuel and plasma cutting system capable of cutting 2500 x 12000 mm sheet metal. This last machinery is mainly used to satisfy our internal needs, as it serves to optimize time and costs while significantly improving the service offered.
